After having finished a courts legal training and having passed legal counsellor's exam he was entered in 1993 onto the list of legal counsellors. Initially he obtained experience in a law firm in Kraków. Since 1997 he was a partner in a company in Kraków associating legal advisers, and afterwards also advocates. In 2004 Benedykt Fiutowski and a legal counsellor Jolanta Budzowska founded a professional partnership Budzowska Fiutowski & Partners. Legal Counsellors. He specializes in commercial law and labour law, as well as in insolvency and reparational law. He is an arbiter of a permanent amicable court in Kraków. In April 2009 Benedykt Fiutowski became the Chairman of the Management Board of the company Consortio Lex Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warszawa which constitutes a network of renowned Polish law firms. He is a medalist in medley swimming (100 metres - 4 x 25) in lawyers' sports meeting in 2009. He speaks English.
