• We render legal services in favour of performers both at the stage of making offers and after granting an order, at the stage of conclusion and performing of a contract. Among others, we prepare on behalf of our clients protests, appeals to the National Appeal Chamber (Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza) and claims to common courts, and afterwards we represent our clients in the proceedings started by lodging the above mentioned measures.
• Within services provided in this scope to ordering parties we help them with preparation of specifications of essential conditions of orders, projects of contracts, we also examine offers of performers as far as their legal aspects are concerned, and we intermediate in contacts with a performer whose offer has been chosen. We represent ordering parties in front of the National Appeal Chamber and common courts in proceedings connected with granting public orders.
