The Legal Office represents Clients in the proceedings in front of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in cases of stating of inviolation of the right specified in the European Convention on Human Rights after being amended by the Procol No. 11 (both ratified by Poland on 19.01.1993), the Additional Protocol (ratified by Poland on 10.10.1994), the Protocol No. 4 (ratified by Poland on 10.10.1994), the Protocol 6 (ratified by Poland on 01.11.2000), the Protocol No. 7 (ratified by Poland on 01.03.2003), and granting of redress.
