We represent clients in court and administrative proceedings, as well as in arbitration proceedings and during mediation and negotiations. A significant part of our clients are foreign entities. The legal office has its seat in Kraków (Cracow) and an office in Warszawa (Warsaw).

Partners, legal counsellors Jolanta Budzowska and Benedykt Fiutowski, are founders of the legal office Budzowska Fiutowski & Partners. Legal Counsellors. We render legal services with a team of several experienced lawyers, what enables us to deal with many projects at the same time. We also provide our clients with services of a tax adviser.

Until June 2010 the legal office was a member of EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL - the leading network of about 600 medium-sized law firms in Europe which aim is to provide clients with legal help in other countries than the one of their seat or residence. At the moment the legal office is going to endeavour for a status of a correspondent member of Eurojuris International. At the same time we are one of the founders and members of Consortio Lex which makes accessible to clients recommended legal services in many cities in Poland. In April 2009 Benedykt Fiutowski became the Chairman of the Management Board of the company Consortio Lex Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warszawa which constitutes a network of renowned Polish law firms.

Moreover, Jolanta Budzowska is a member of PEOPIL - Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers.

In our activity, to make the level of clients' satisfaction still higher, we are concerned that legal services we render were of prime quality.
